In my role as an ACCPH trained life coach and as Head of Purpose for BCorp accredited Electric Peach, I coach and mentor individuals and teams, keeping people focused, empowered and moving forward.

My skills lie in personal life coaching, developing greater confidence and self belief, goal setting, 1-on-1 career strategy, giving people the tools to cope with life changing events, over coming the barriers to their success and helping people re-connect with their values to create a more purposeful lifestyle.

I have specifically trained to help women switch up their lifestyles, find themselves again, get out of a rut and find a renewed purpose in life.

I work with women who feel lost post redundancy, feel stuck after experiencing a relationship breakdown, want to find a new path in life after childbirth, or those looking to turbo boost their careers or turn their passion into a profession.
